This is a track jacket from SK Rapid Wien, a club in the Austrian Bundesliga. Former Japanese national team forward, Koya Kitagawa, played for this club.
Rapid Wien has been in the top division since the Austrian league was founded in 1911, making it the oldest club in the country.
Due to the country's annexation, they were the only club outside of Germany to win the predecessor to the German Bundesliga in 1941 and the DFB Pokal in 1938.
